The Outline Editor is the second step. Each slide is a card with a title and key points — no visuals yet.

Refine with AI

The top input bar is the fastest way to edit the outline. Describe what you want in plain language and press Ctrl+Enter. Common commands:
  • Add a competitive analysis section after the introduction
  • Merge pages 4 and 5, keep the key points
  • Move the conclusion before the Q&A page
  • Change the title of page 2 to "Core Advantages"
  • Delete page 6
You can chain multiple instructions — AI remembers context. For example: “Add a case study section”, then “Move it to page 3”.

Edit Cards Manually

Click any card to edit its title or key points inline:
  1. Click the title or bullet text on a card
  2. Edit directly
  3. Click elsewhere to auto-save
The delete button is in the top-right corner of each card — requires confirmation.

Add a New Page

Click Add Page in the toolbar to insert a blank page at the end of the list.

Reorder by Dragging

Grab the drag handle (⠿ icon) on the left side of a card and drag it to the target position — the order updates immediately.

Regenerate the Outline

Not happy with the current outline? Click Regenerate Outline to have AI start fresh.
Regenerating overwrites all existing outline content. A confirmation dialog appears before proceeding. This cannot be undone.

Set Generation Requirements

Expand Outline Generation Requirements in the toolbar to add overall constraints. These apply to every generation and regeneration. Example requirements:
  • No more than 4 bullet points per page
  • Use a timeline structure ordered by year
  • Emphasize data and case studies

Import / Export

Click the Import/Export button:
  • Export Outline: Save the current outline as a .md file — edit it in any text editor and reimport
  • Import: Load an outline from a .md or .txt file, appended to the end of existing pages

Next Step

Once the outline looks good, click Next → in the top-right to go to the Description Editor.
